Company Policy
Founder's Principle
"Have originality and ingenuity. Put yourself in the customer's place."
Hisanori Ohno, founder, was a man of tenacity and intensity: once he started working on something, he would never stop until he felt 100% satisfied. Whether it was work or a hobby, he was uncompromising. He created numerous things. He made improvements on lots of electrical goods and machines. He was reported in the newspaper as being "the first man to produce a TV set out of parts" in Matsuyama. He would work for customers with his excellent skills, often regardless of expenses. Because of his dedicated work he won over a large number of customers. Thanks to him, they have been our customers for a long time and even now we do business with them.
Today is the age of information technology with communications and computers playing the central roles. Our company came to deal in information-communication products. New technologies have come to be used in products one after another. Therefore, we need to learn more and more about new information technology. We believe that acquiring new technology would enable us to meet cutomers' needs and expectations.
However, no matter how advanced technology may become, and no matter how much time may change, we must not forget one thing: founder's principle. That is, we must not be content with the present situation, but clear our own new paths. We must put ourselves in customers' place, offer the best solution we can think of that they are satisfied with. By so doing, customers will be our customers for many years to come as they have been. But having only plenty of knowledge and skills is not enough. We must also "have originality and ingenuity, and put ourselves in the customer's shoe." We must keep the founder's policy as our credo.
We have determined to strive to make our company better and trustier for both customers and business partners. Lastly, we would like to thank you all for being our customers and business partners, and sincerely hope that you will.
Basic Principles
"Having friendly competition and achieving common goals together"
・Having friendly competition means that all the employees compete with each other and grow wiser.
In other words, it means that all those who work for DDK inspire one another and get better as an individual. No one can be indifferent. Everybody should be interested in everybody else and try to help each other to improve.
・Achieving common goals together means that all working at DDK help each other to achieve their own goal through "having friendly competition".
The result would be like having sweet fruit by working hard together. All have their own share of joy. The point is that at every step of "friendly competition", there should be a goal to be achieved, fruit to be picked. Efforts have to be made to get a good result.
・These basic principles are the bases upon which we work at DDK.
Mission
DDK
offers the best IT solutions to customers,
makes itself a vibrant company that the employees are proud of and dream of,
builds trusty and growing relationships with business partners,
creates human resources and pays fair taxes for the society.
・Mission signifies our attitudes toward daily work and the importance of how we work in order to clarify the raison d'etre of DDK in the society.
・Mission is a very significant policy to show DDK's identity when we work.
Vision; what we would like to be in the future
"We aim to make DDK a trendy, well-managed IT company with pride."
・Trendy means having sensitivity to new technologies, know-hows and a sense to select the best technology and know-how necessary for the customer.
・Well-managed means that DDK's management guidelines (principle, strategy and planning,) are well observed and practiced.
・IT company is a company which offers comprehensive support services ranging from formulating specification of strategic informatization compatible with management strategies; procurement, development, testing and implementation of related information systems; to operational services after the systems being implemented.
・With pride means DDK employees take pride in their life, work and DDK, and stand tall in the society.

Personnel Policy 1
"We treasure self-directed, self-discipled and self-respecting employees."

・Self-respecting means respecting one's individuality, having pride and keeping dignity. Not just being proud. Those who are self-respecting do not consider their individuality, pride or dignity by comparing themselves with others, but consider themselves to be a unique and precious individual in the world, have pride in themselves and dignity. Those people respect others as well as themselves.
Personnel Policy 2
"Ideal employees that DDK seeks"
are those who view DDK Management Policy positively, have their own opinions, work hard, are responsible, learn lessons, take reinforced and improved measures, make their job know-hows available for others, and can manage groups.
・View positively means to have an attitude of giving their opinions, listening to what the others have to say, and combining both to create something better.
・Have their own opinions means to have their own ideas (policies, visions) by making the most of the information available at the moment in the given environment.
・Work hard means to work hard and get paid for it by the customer. Not volunteer work, but productive and payable work.
・Be responsible means to get the work done, and leave nothing unfinished.
・Learn lessons means to find some laws of their own which lead to the future preventive measures to take when the result is shown.
・Take reinforced and improved measures means to find new measures to take next time from good and bad elements about the work done, and to take action.
・Make their job know-hows available for others means not to leave the results of work as they are but to generalize them, make rules out of them, and have those around avail of the rules for the future work through strong leadership.
・Manage groups means to utilize abilities, exercise leadership, develop human resources and manage groups.
